The County Line Tract consists of +/- 914 acres in Mineral County, Montana, but is situated on the Mineral-Missoula County line. The tract includes all of section 35, and portions of sections 34 and 26. While occasional steep terrain exists, the land tends to lay at a relatively gentle slope, creating multiple ideal places to build, many of which overlook the Clark Fork River. An internal power line runs deep into the property and offers the possibility for electricity. Many wildlife species such as elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, black bear, and mountain lion are present. The parcel adjoins thousands of acres of Lolo National Forest land, which can be accessed from just about anywhere on the property. Missoula, Montana, is about 30 minutes away and Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, is approximately 2 hours.
